GIFT CARD CONDITIONS:

1. Issuer

This gift card is issued by Valutec on behalf of the Strasburg Rail Road Co., located at 301 Gap Road, Ronks, Pennsylvania 17572. For questions or concerns, please contact us at srrtrain@strasburgrailroad.com

2. Redemption

This gift card is redeemable for train tickets, dining experiences, and merchandise at the Strasburg Rail Road station, website, retail shops, and authorized online services. It may also be used for online bookings at www.StrasburgRailRoad.com. Gift cards cannot be used for Day Out With Thomas events.

3. Partial Redemption & Split Payments

If the total purchase amount exceeds the available balance on this gift card, the remaining balance may be paid using another accepted form of payment. Any unused balance will remain on the card for future use.

4. Expiration

Following federal and Pennsylvania state guidelines, the funds on this card expire five (5) years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after this period will be void. There are no dormancy or inactivity fees associated with this gift card.

5. Non-Refundable

This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Please treat this card like cash. Gift card sales are final.

7. Fraud & Unauthorized Use

8. Limitations

Card must be presented at the time of purchase.

The card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

This gift card is issued in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from the use of this card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

10. Right to Modify Terms

Strasburg Rail Road Co. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at www.StrasburgRailRoad.com. Continued use of the gift card following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
